A&M's next hire is absolutely crucial. If the wrong man is hired, it will disasterous to the ags. Sumlin should not be hired, if the aggies want to build a successful program.

Agree...at this point I'll be surprised if Sumlin is hired. If we were going to the Pac 12 or staying in the Big 12 then he'd make more sense....but I'm a little afraid of him in the SEC.

I'm more than fine saying A&M is top 15...maybe even #15. Fair enough.

I agree this hire is important. But I felt the same way in 2002 and 2007. A lot of bad football later and we still aren't dead as a program so maybe I'm being a drama queen.

The more important factor is the commitment from Loftin (the President not the AD). Facilities and money are the most important thing. They'll lead to recruits. We'll plug in our Saban, Tressell, Meyer, Spurrier or Carroll eventually as long as we keep committed to football
