I agree with mtl what you saw was some rust.
LEE HAS GUTS. HE IS A WINNER 4TH AND 14.

Lee has much more upside as far as what he brings to the table in a vertical passing attack....but the risk is that is he makes bad decisions that result in turnovers.

All Jefferson has to do is

1 - manage the game
2 - get the ball into the hands of the playmakers on short timing routes
3 - hit some occasional passes in the 10-20 yard range on 1st and 2nd down
4- tuck the ball in and run to get some positive yardage on a well covered pass play or at least avoid the sack
5 - avoid turnovers.

Jefferson has made progress in avoiding sacks. Seems like he has gotten worse at everything else. Now that he is turning the ball over consistently, I don't think the coaches see Lee as the risk he was before....IMO
