I worked on that property on and off with various projects for about 10 years. It's a very nice place, with plenty of recreational value. The lodge is gigantic, and has something like 18 bathrooms and multiple kitchens. In regard to the price, I don't have a clue if the oil and gas revenue makes this a decent price or outrageous though.
