You mean like the DOJ, IRS, and NY dept of Revenue attorneys that declined to move forward? Or are you depending upon the DA that ran on “getting Trump” as the learned legal mind here?

You didn’t even know about basic jurisdictional issues. Your fallacy of appealing to authority falls flat. Perhaps if you can describe how the Manhattan DA has jurisdiction over tax issues, as you allege, it might help. I anxiously await your sound learned legal analysis.
