We have several behind our house, one used to come up and eat french fries. I was in the backyard one day and a baby Fox ran across the yard and ran straight into the swimming pool. I had to get him out, he looked at me then took off again. I should have tried to raise as a pet.

I had some rabbits nesting in the ferns outside of my kitchen window a few years ago. I woke up one morning and found a baby in my pool. I pulled him out, dried him off, and put him back in the ferns.
The next day, I was sitting outside and the mother rabbit hopped right up next to me and just sat there. Didnt seem scared at all. It was very touching.
Unfortunately all her babies died in my pool within the next few weeks RIP
