DeBoer has shown he can develop qbs. Milroe showed lots of improvement during the season.
I’m hopeful....

The only reason any conference would consider Kansas is to use them for bait. UNC is a basketball school (with some ties to Kansas), which might finding having them in the conference enticing.
Otherwise, it’s wishful thinking on the part of Kansas fans....
