I hope Kirby picks one off from somebody else's roster. It's dog eat dog and hopefully Georgia has the funds to play that game.

I'm not a fan of taking portal players just to do it. If we assume that we retrain

Lovett
RaRa
Colbie Young
dillon bell
Arian smith

who will get the most of the work, along with tuggle, sacovie, and the USC transfer, that's plenty deep enough IMO. If we lose some of the bench players that won't ever play anyway I don't really want to spend any money to replace them

I think this is a problem due to being very deep with talent

We frequently lose wide receivers for part or most of the year. We have 12 on scholarship right now, compared to 13 last year. The least we've had recently was 10 in 2021, and that year we heavily depended on freshmen and guys playing while hurt (and a freshman TE) due to injuries. With the extended playoff, 10 or below is cutting it thin, IMO

We can’t lose Anthony Evans either. I think he’s got it.
