I said in my earlier post that I'm not saying Clemson's OL is better than UGA's. I don't think they are but I'm not convinced that we'll dominate that side of the ball. You said their OL depth was comforting and I agree they may ...

I don't understand the response. Ok, you agree? Sarcastic Ok because I said something you found irritating? Is it considered bad form to explain in normal language why I'm not sure we'll destroy Clemson?
Anyway, I do think we're likely to win the game. As you pointed o...
We will dominate them on both lines of scrimmage. This is not 2021 Clemson.
Just pointing out that they have some returning experience on the OL and presumably good talent roster wide unless the recruiting services whiffed on their evals, which is possible.
I generally don't...

I haven't watched much of their 2023 games, but my first impression of the the Clemson spring game was that it was a relatively hard hitting scrimmage.
For fun I make a spreadsheet for Georgia football roster every year and made one for Clemson recently, still a work in progress. It's obviousl...
Josh Pate said his sources told him that Kirby did not initiate the suit but did "give his approval" when asked by the player & his attys. FWIW.
Where did Pate say that? The only thing I've seen from him was referencing an article by John Talty, former Bama writer who authored "Th...

You're on the right track, IMO. None of this has anything to do with education or sportsmanship. At this point, it should either go back to real students competing as amateurs, or go full professional. Universities should have to sell their athletics programs, facilities and related intellectual ...

This is happening at every college program in the country where 18 year old athletes can now afford ultra-high powered vehicles. Lots of places (?most) it gets swept under the rug, ignored by the media and handled internally until somebody gets...

Saying that Smart "gave his blessings" is an attempt by some reporter to create controversy. I'm pretty positive Kirby never said those words, so your quote marks are meaningless.
The Rashada's informed Kirby of their intent ...

I saw them in Savannah a couple of months prior to this show in Oakland, and about 5 months before the plane crash ended their original group. Free Bird was the highlight of the concert.

re: Best home field advantage last 5 years in the SEC
Posted by wdhalgren on 5/16/24 at 11:17 am
Four top 10 teams at home in 5 years isn't bad. Would've been 5 if we played home and away with Florida. Other than Georgia, there have been 12 SEC teams that finished ranked in the top 10 since 2019, and Georgia played 9 of them, plus one of them twice in the same season....

As far as I can tell, those numbers are correct; 10 years, post-season rankings. You can play around with the data [link=(https://betiq.teamrankings.com/college-football/betting-trends/win-...

They'll probably still be ranked between 10 and 20 at gametime. If this was any other #1 or #2 team playing a top opponent, that would be a prime time game on ...
