In my experience the only penny stocks that end up working out are on the Canadian Exchanges.
Usually legit companies will list in Canada due to listing fees being significantly lower

The answer to the question is when the SPR is empty and OPEC cuts production. Oil will moon to 130+ and inflation ramps back up...
