Shiiiiiit man. I’m in Greenville SC and if you want a “custom” home here it’s $40k-$50k for the architect and $450-$700 sf depending on slope of lot, appliances, etc… But lots of “custom” homes here stone exteriors, slate roofs, stoned driveways, etc… It’s a whole different animal. I live here. Just north of town past Furman near Paris Mtn State Park. You’re in a great spot. Halls chop house has phenomenal steaks and a great bar area. Jianna’s across the street has great Italian food and hand made pasta. Up on the roof (rooftop bar in your hotel is good depending on weather). ...

Live here. Overall a great public school system. Private schools range from 5K to 18K / yr. The public school system has some sort of “pick school of choice” deal up up “x” amount of students.

Samsung has a plant here outside of Greenville. They manufacture a shitload of major household appliances for other brands. Especially refrigerators and washers and dryers....

My wife had a 1 year old male lab when we met. We added 2 additional dogs (both cane Corsos). The female came first and the lab never one was aggressive towards her. A year later we got a male puppy and the lab went after the puppy when he was eating. I tried several times to tell her he had to go. ...
