In a perfect world, JFF plays, gets humiliated at home by Bama (possibly starts drinking at halftime and never really stops), TAMU loses by double digits, goes on to lead TAMU to a 11-1 regular season record, then the NCAA hammers them and makes them forfeit their wins for the season. Gotcha. I wouldn't hang my hopes on the Feds getting involved, not when they have corporations with billions of dollars of taxes to worry about. Besides, all we heard was the Feds were going to be all over Cecil Newton over his $180K and nothing ever came of that....

You are banking on there being no other brokers that have not come forward publicly and the ones who have not changing their minds. Definitively saying no broker will cooperate is something nobody can do at this point.
