The day we fired Cutcliff. Maybe it would have gotten better, maybe it would have gotten worse, but when we did it, we were painted by the media as a school with unrealistic expectations. Firing a guy a year removed from a 10 win season is just bad optics. And of course it ushered in the whole Orge...
