I feel like Trooper is going to do everything he can to be retained in large part because his son is going to be a Sr at Auburn high next year. That would be really hard to make your kid transfer to a new school his sr year, or move away for another job and hardly ever see your family until ...
I really don't see Trooper as the RB coach this year. Luper may end up staying. He's had a 1000 yard rusher every year. IMO...
I think you're stupid for coming here and talking about a conversation (is that what they're called?) you had on facebook.
So much hostility!! :doublebird:...

I would be absolutely ecstatic if Rocker came back. It appears we may be setting ourselves up for championships on this road we are going down. I posted on my facebook that I wanted Rocker and was told that I was totally stupid for thinking he would even consider taking the step down from the Tita...
From reading his resume, seems like a very well traveled coach. Coached under some good solid coaches. I wouldnt protest this hire, if it were true.......
I saw that, I expected to hear it from a lot of other sources if it were solid....
Am I missing something? I didn't know it was finalized if it was. Sorry my mistake....
Wikipedia shows Johnson as current DC for AU at $800k/yr. If wikipedia says it, it must be true.........
I want to say I hope not. But who knows?
...

Ideas for our new OC...Anyone?

Posted by Eagle-Six on 12/5/12 at 5:17 pm
I was thinking maybe Chad Morris the OC from Clemson. If he does not got to North Carolina State as HC, he could be a strong possibility. It was said he interviewed for our HC spot....
Not a good record has HC, but a very damn good DC. He will definately bring discipline and Defensive smarts to the defense. IMO Johnson is to defense as Malzahn is to Offense....
We really need this hire. I would be ecstatic.
...
Scot Loeffler's offense.
+1000 :dude:...
I had received a "Chain" email talking about his character issues and all of the off field issues. Stating that he seperated the team into Chiziks boys and troopers "Thugs." I dont believe it for a minute. He is a good coach, a great recruiter and the man can get the team AND the fans pumped more...
They don't meet RBs in the hole they let the RBs come to them and then the RBs have momentum on their side and they are standing still
You hit the nail on the head. It's also a "knowledge" thing. With the DC calling the right play and the LB knowing which gap to fill, the LB sh...

Regardless of who our DC is going to be, it'll probably be about the same next year until we can bulk up our LB corp. There is no size back there. BVG said himself at the start of last season. We need bigger players at LB to stop the SEC RB's....
Dissapointment! :banghead:...
I think I would be OK with KS, though I was really holding out hoping it was gonna be BP. I knew Auburn would never go for Petrino. They worry about his image. :wah:...
