Are you frying a turkey? Try this: in a sautée pan, melt a stick of butter with a 2 oz bottle of onion juice, 2 oz bottle of garlic juice, small bottle (2 or 4 oz, can't remember) of liquid crab/shrimp boil, a few shakes of worchestershire sauce, and some good creole seasoning like tony's or slap ya...

Venture off the Strip and go to Firefly, just north of Hard Rock on Paradise next to Ruth's Chris. The best tapas restaurant I've ever been to (anywhere), and their white sangria is a MUST.
