Jean Georges Steakhouse @ Aria was pretty amazing. One of the best steaks I've ever had.
Also recommend the Beef Wellington at Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse @ Paris...

Hotel is nice. I would def. recommend uber/lyft back to your hotel after dinner or drinks. Most of the area around the hotel is residential so you can find yourself walking alone for a few blocks, which I wouldn't suggest at night. ...

Restaurants have lunch menus vs dinner menus, happy hours, and nightly specials (especially on slower week nights as opposed to busy weekend nights).. so yes, their prices do vary.
