Keep in mind it would have been a relatively simpler task to simply launch a rocket into orbit, wait a few days, then have two dozen people in a studio in New Mexico shoot the footage. Don't need hundreds of people to lie for that....

Whether or not that is because he puts in so much work in the first three quarters is up for debate, but he's o...
America/Americans first isn’t a bad thing, to me it’s common sense.
I don't mind paying for the truly needy. But the amount of fraud, waste and abuse is atrocious and maddening....
Every now and then I think about what' s actually going on and how happily people wait to get a tax refund so they can make a big stupid purchase. All so we can subsidize the lives of poor people and make sure foreign governments have plenty of our money in the bank....
Just tell him to fricking jump already so everyone else can get on with their day...
I don't get how companies still don't understand this
The insane belief that the small pool of writers' worldview is what everyone really wants so must be forced upon us until we learn...
Billy Blanks
I have no clue why you're an argumentative dick especially when you're this egregiously wrong but I regret the time I spent responding to your unintelligent posts. Good luck out there man....
Let's consolidate this. I think you are dead wrong on the lawsuit and I think you have no clue what you're talking about. The lawsuit was brought by sellers against the NAR which required sellers to include commission for the buyer's agent paid by the seller. Homesellers sued to have this requiremen...
That's what they do.
Sure, but if I don't value that work at $20,000 and they're expecting me to pay it, I can do it on my own....
They can still pay a buyers agent.
Can, but will they? The entire reason of the lawsuit is because people wanted to stop paying it. The onus will eventually fall on the buyer....
