I still soak the beans. Use saute function to cook down trinity. Add beans and bay leaves. Cover with liquid. (Stock or water) Leave about an inch of liquid over the beans. Set pressure cooker for 1 hour. Manually release when done. Add sausage/ salt/ creole seasoning to taste. Done. ...
