Sending plays to the league office

Posted by Tiger in NYC on 11/8/16 at 11:17 am
What does it accomplish? Does the league send back a report saying yeah, unfortunately we missed a couple, we'll do better next time, etc? Simply curious about the process. ...
I find this hard to believe. They are certainly a cocky fanbase but not worrying about this game makes no sense - we are a legitimate threat to their season, period....

re: If we win out . . .

Everyone is talking about Alabama having to lose for us to have a shot. Maybe true, maybe not. But the point is that Alabama could surely lose. So there is some statistical chance that if LSU wins out, they might sneak into the playoff. What I'm asking is what is that number?...

we have an [ X ] percent chance of getting in. Take your guess. Mine is in the 70s or 80s....
At some point you have to put yourself in Miles' shoes: five years in a row to the arch-rival leaves a deep hurt. I think they are fully in his thick head now....

I guess I'm just in awe of the machine and coming to grips with how utterly powerful it's become. Those salaries are massive. These are CEOs plain and simple. I just wondered how unprecedented this was and what could potentially stop it....

Honest Question

Posted by Tiger in NYC on 12/13/13 at 10:49 pm
How long can we expect the SEC to dominate college football like it has the last decade? Is this sustainable? What historical corollaries are out there? Is the machine and the money unstoppable minus some massive league-wide scandal? Just wondering what opinions there are out there? This whole coach...

I woke up early this morning and went running for the first time in a long while to try and purge some of the malcontent from my chest. I thought about LSU the whole way. While I am despondent and a bit humiliated, I will say the following: a) hell of a season, b) we beat Bama in their own house, c)...
