Mickey trains at PAC in their Excel program that works on both speed and strength. The trainers there try to make sure the players don't sacrifice speed for pure strength....

The Gators' coaches will have two full weeks to game plan for a new QB, so I wouldn't expect them to try and run the same offence. Disadvantage LSU because we have no video of what the Florida offencne will look like Saturday night. That said it still should be a great game. Go Tiger!...
