If you are going Old Fashioned, just don't overkill with the simple syrup. Skip adding fruit or you may get judgement from your OT peers....

Take a cough suppressant to manage the cough.
That's what I did and all went well. Took 3 wks to clear the cough though. ...

Had the Rona. Three weeks of weird arse symptoms. Didn't die. Celebrated my immune system with whisky and cigars. I'm still waiting for my super powers to kick in, but nothing yet....

Vit D deficiency appears to play a role in the formation of blood clots. A lot of COVID patients with poor outcome have significant blood clotting throughout the body. I have a buddy researching this now. Take a Vit D supplement, but don't pound the whole bottle. Vit D toxicity is a thing....
