I just had the Pentair 140k heat cool installed with around the same length in distance needed for wire. I paid the Electrcian 1750 bucks for his stuff and plumber 400 to plumb it in. ...

I paid 11k 6 months ago for a Koehler 20 kw with full install. That price seems a tad high for your quote. I had another contractor quote me the same setup at 16k for mine. I’d definitely shop around....
Maybe so but his accuracy seems to still be a concern....

17k. Flooring I chose went above the set aside amount and just some small electrical changes and a couple plumbing changes....
