A friend of mine has one. He lives in San Francisco and only has to fill up with every other month or so. That 30 electric miles wouldn’t do much for you outside a big city....

San Francisco isn’t going to depopulate. This just reflects to of the overrated values that jumped up during the pandemic. I wouldn’t be surprised if the homes in this survey haven’t been sold multiple times in the last four years. ...

Yes. The Joint Chiefs command no troops while the Combatant Commanders do. I retired six years ago but that hasn’t changed....

What difference does it make is President Obama is on Air Force One? There are plenty of people besides the current President on any given flight. There are a couple hundred Air Force officers on Andrews most of whom are Republicans. If there was something odd going on with O we would hear about...

I’m in Oakland in the Rockridge area almost every weekend. It is lovely and I don’t feel unsafe there. I also don’t go to the Tenderloin so the San Francisco I see is mostly lovely. The scary parts of both cities are scary and I stay away from them. ...
