Their conference has sucked for 10 critical years and USC / UCLA got sick of subsidizing what are arguably some of the lowest revenue P5 schools…similar to FSU and Clemson complaints

The ACC is a dumpster fire after Clemson and FSU + UNC - those other schools have minimal value
