To me, lack of execution by the QB was 99% of the problem. After getting pummeled the last 3 games, it seems like Harris was waiting to get whacked on every play. I was pretty much ready for the 2nd. String QB to come in when Guice ripped off that TD run, and that is pretty desperate!...

re: miles should do what's best for LSU

CLM loves LSU, I truly believe that. I just don't know if he has the insight to do what needs to be done. The QB situation really needs a revamp. Hopefully all the drauma of late might push him to take more drastic measures to address the problem. I'm not in love with the present DC, players see to ...
I think it would be a hell of a get. Not sure if he is interested in it, but I would give him the full court press if he is...
Ralph's on the Park - Roomy and great views of City Park upstairs. Dante's - doesn't take res. Cafe Martinique on Magazine - had crawfish bisque on the menu last time I had brunch there....

Theo's Pizza is my favorite. There's one on Magazine before you get to Napolean, and I think a new one on ? Freret?...
Agreed. Southwest has a flight per day nonstop from NO to KC now. You should be able to get RT tickets for between 200 and 300 dollars. KCI is north of KC, so you get a jump on going to Omaha. Check out Oklahoma Joe's BBQ in KC or Omaha - it's the best!...
My favorite road trip so far. We went to Vancouver for a few days before the game - awesome!...
Big time hitter, but makes a lot of cover errors. Stays hurt a lot, too. I'm thinking mid rounds at best, unless he has a stellar senior season....
Outside stadium works well except for big games like Bama - you'll usually find few sellers for those games....
From the perspective of a native Louisianan who has lived in KC for 6 years, feelings are mixed. Missouri has been mostly middle tier in the Big 12 . I think the MO fans mostly now realize it take little time to recruit SEC calibre players and depth. I suspect they will be middle tier next year, and...
I think it is a savvy move, and will build interest in the SEC here in MO. The TV markets of St. Louis and KC were ultimately what the SEC wanted out of MU's addition - this will help that....

Get over it, buddy. We'll all be happy when the band comes on the field before the game in September. Putting up with the Bama oneupmanship for next 8 months - that is the bitter pill...... ...
I find no humor or comfort in your statement. At least the JL-JJ debate has been laid to rest for good. I expect Miles to rebound - he always has so far....
The D was just plain tired at the end of the 1st. and 2nd. half. That is about half of Bama's points. The deal is that there was NEVER any change in the Offensive game plan - and that is both unexplainable AND unforgivable....

The Chumpionship....
I will be most happy that, after 4 years, there will no longer be a JL-JJ controversy. Miles has probably played as best he could, but it has been a divisive element for a very long time. Whatever happens in the game tomorrow, JJ (and JL) will cause mixed reactions for eternity. ...
Kansas City, MO. Geaux Tigers!...
A 3-0 start against the cupcakes would be good. They could be midtier in a year or two. I suspect it will be at least that long before the 6 figure SEC wins start accruing, if ever....
I thought AR was just a lot bigger and more physical. Could have been uglier if AR hadn't misfired some....
