Your ignorance is shown in your question. The music from this last week's show was extremely difficult. The trumpet feature was top notch.
I suggest you watch the band practice on Saturday at the IFF to see how difficult it is to walk backwards and play an instrument at the same time, 325 peop...

Slice the banana and freeze it. Use that with a handful of frozen strawberries and orange juice about 1/2 - 1 cup.
The Bullet is great for smoothies....
