Decent P5 programs: Memphis, Vandy
UPSET CITY BABY: ETSU, MTSU, Belmont, TN Tech, TN State, Lipscomb
There are no bad basketball programs in the state of tennessee...

Well I'd give an edge to the men's
Men's hoops product is much better
Women and men's teams are top 10
Basketball school for sure and elite at that
Football is pretty much G5 tier unless we can start recruiting...

Just because you have no F4 appearances doesn't mean you can't be a basketball school. IMO Aub and Tenn are new money. UT is definetely a hoops school. SCar made a run a year ago but you can't really call them a hoops school. And uga made a run like 50 years ago but haven't made the tourney in the 2...
