Wrestling! Lots of growth at the NAIA level across the southeast. I hope that eventually spreads to the D1 level in the SEC. ...

I coach wrestling, and we just started implementing indoor cycling in to our workout routine. I use actual road bikes with Bluetooth indoor trainers from Cycleops. I downloaded an app called Rouvy and can create my own workouts. I attach an iPad to the front and my guys just worry about pedaling.
