In Texas they banned groups of 10 or more. And for good reason. So selling a gathering of 100k plus is not sellable. Ain’t going to happen. Not 10k or 5k. Not a single health professional going to sign off on that. ...

We normally have Akaushi Ribeye on the menu but with beef prices I pulled it. Being short handed and at 50 percent we needed to turn faster. Prices drop some and we get through the season it’s going back on. ...

Creekstone Prime Ribeye packed on December 7th. Got it with 3 months on it already and put it in the walkin. I had to question my rep with the 3 months in the bag and he said don’t worry. They good for a long time. No bubbles no bad smell It’s all good. So cut the first one with 3 1/2 months on it. ...
