Unfortunately gas is not an option for us. Out in the middle of nowhere and it’s too much for us to go into town and replace an 80lb tank with folks getting older...

We have room on the panel but not sure about the amps. We don’t have any large appliance or anything running off it. We have a couple window units and a water pump for the well. Lights microwave stove/oven etc...

The market was up over 10% YTD today and ended up dropping 1.2%, since November up 21%. We dropped 1.2% and are still up over 8% YTD. People are freaking out about a 1.2% drop. It depends what it appraises for, but in my experience its going to appraise for the land value plus construction costs. So if land was 10 and construction 170 you will get 153....

I've done this a couple times. If you own the lot you are only going to be making interest payments on the loan. They will disburse money in phases as the construction goes along, so interest payments won't be much at first. I believe its 4-6 phases depending on the contractor. After slab, framing, ...

Someone bought Jan 2000 calls today for a total of $25 mil. No telling if it’s the same person or not but a notable size trade. I closed mine a little before the post. May get back in, still think some upside into halving...

In my opinion it’s a dip and rip situation. Things are going to get crazy end of this year early 25. Been saying this for a while. Anything could happen though, just be happy if your bags are packed bc I think we are close to liftoff...

Still holding after those couple whipsaw days. That was literally millions swinging both directions and held his nuts. Too much money on the line to not take notice of this position. Getting more clear it’s positioned for a short term blow off top near halving...
