re: Squats Advice

Go on YouTube for EliteFTS/Dave Tate's series "So You Think You Can Squat." It covers everything from the second you get under the bar. It's better than I could ever do for you. Here's ep 1: https://youtu.be/2ME8gEN54Ao?si=4bvpU2-6N2PUPmjb...
RIP Big Red … I’ve seen, bumped into Bill Walton at a half dozen Grateful Dead and Dead & Co. shows. Always with his wife and they were free spirited kind hearted individuals.
I've known several people who've met him. To a man, everyone says he was super nice and a genuinely good ...

re: Suggestions on Whey Protein Powders

I use optimum nutrition. Whey isolate alone shouldn't upset your stomach unless you have issues with milk. Whey is very quick and easy to digest, which is why it's good for powder in the beginning. Protein powder isn't pre-workout. For what you want, just get Whey isolate and not anything fa...
The tornadoes were sentient?
I mean, they were developing on a daily basis just to go after Paxton and Hunt. The real question is whether they've villains for trying to kill them or heroes for forcing them into a high stress situation to save their marriage. It's just like that...
Can you give us a movie review of Denzel Washington's runaway train movie Unstoppable?
It's in the pantheon of movies like Snakes on a Plane. The title supplies you with 100% of the plot. It's the type of movie where you know exactly what is going to happen and why you went t...

I'm pretty surprised a 1996 movie about sentient, homicidal tornadoes isn't one people look back on as a cinematic masterpiece. Disaster movies aren't meant to be Oscar bait. They're meant to be fun and loud. Twister is fun and loud. RIP Bill Paxton. ...

Botox is really the only thing that will do what you want. I'm not sure the rationale behind not doing Botox, but I'd think of it like this. Botox will work. I'd either focus on doing what works or focus on accepting that wrinkles are gonna happen. I've focused on accepting wrinkles. When y...
Whole lotta the Stones don't sing this one anymore
A few posts like this have downvotes. I sort of wish the downvoters would actually respond, bc I don't understand the downvotes. There are a few of songs like this (I posted Young Girl) that are extremely dated in lyrical/topic...
Born in the USA is 100% political, wtf are you talking about?
I guess we disagree on what political is. Born in the USA is the story of a poor kid turned Vietnam vet coming home to a dying town with no job opportunities and being disillusioned with the way his sacrifice and servic...

I've done it and have stopped for a few years. It shouldn't pose an issue if it's legal OTC (some states have regulated it differently). If you see Bronkaid OTC, you should be fine to take it and testing won't be an issue. I would heavily caution using it. I did, and it's a strong stimulant....
I feel this way about most of U2's popular catalogue. I like a number of their songs, but they've got a bunch of overplayed hits that I don't really need to hear again. Like One, it's a good song, but I've heard it enough I don't need to hear it again....
Bc he's not a raging lib douche
I guess I don't see the point of injecting politics into everything. Neither Springsteen or Seger's songs are particularly political. FWIW, Seger was a fan of Bernie and Hillary in 2016. It's a question about artistic merit and politics doesn't ...
