i can assure you that is your perspective. there has not been an emphasis on the state level of keeping the roads clean....
it wasn't it's own course but spelling was always difficult for me because i am a math person. luckily, these days everything has spell check on it and even if i cant get it close enough that the device can spell it out correctly for me, i can talk to text. ...

Louisiana has a 16 cent per gallon gas tax that goes to the transportation trust fund that funds the design and construction projects for DOTD.
