Very interesting topic! Many valid points, but just like with everything else in this country, I believe we should careful in more regulation! LA has so much opportunity for anyone wanting to get outdoors. I have hunted 10 other states besides LA and comparing it to others is like apples and oranges...

One thing that I would highly recommend is having a gas stovetop instead of a griddle. You can always get a custom made griddle to go on top. This is much more versatile for cooking in general ...
