I Drink a 30 g premier protein shake before I go to the gym. When I get back, I scramble five eggs. Then I achieve my protein throughout the day eating healthy....

I have an old antebellum home on piers. Two years ago,while I was offshore, we had possums in the walls. My wife got one of my coon cage traps and put in the crawl space. Put some kind of expired expensive cheese and caught three freaking possums....

I think white people should do everything we can to be proud of our race. We should continue to create more safe, moral communities throughout the nation. If they are mostly white, which they will be, then so be it! Being white is ok and we should embrace it 10 fold!...
