If you don’t need steel toe I’ve been wearing the Redwing 866 for three years now and they’re as comfortable as a boot can get. Break in sucks but once you get past that they’re great and they hold up. ...

Same thing for us. We’ve sprayed sedghammer, dismiss, Celsius, and a few others with no luck. We’ve stared to just cut it out and re sod our biggest problem areas. The kyllinga is also getting into our greens pretty bad. ...

If you really want to know you can pull some out of the ground and look at the stem. Sedges will have a triangular shape to their stem. ...

I wouldn’t say it takes extra care but it is a little different. It’s not going to heal as quickly as Bermuda does and is more disease prone in my opinion. I would imagine either palisades or el Toro zoysia. If it stripes up insanely well it could be cavalier. We mow our zoysia grass at 1.75 inches with rotary mowers. Zoysia loves really sharp mower blades and don’t be scared to beat it up in the summer. ...
