Judging by the responses in this thread, I'm guessing you all did not read the article.
Some want to slow down the pace of the 2nd shot to allow for more people to get the first dose. That would allow more people to be vaccinated. ...

A few other Colorado voting tidbits...while they do require an ID for in person voting, they don't require a photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID are recent utility bill, bank statement, government check, or paycheck, or a copy of a birth certificate.
