I don't think I can comment because I'm not friends with him. It just showed up on my feed that several friends of mine commented on his post. If not I totally would :lol: I'm sure he knows of this site if he's that big of an LSU fan....

if she thinks the Edge is too big, she will probably prefer the Kia Sportage to the Sorento (it's the smaller SUV from Kia) - starts in the $22k range. Looked at those when I bought my Optima. No need for an SUV though so I went with the sedan....

The Kia sorento or sportage - KIA has stepped theie game up
Ford Edge as mentioned - but check out consumer reviews about the transmission. I know Ford has had some issues with those in certain models

That's what I would think as well.
But obviously people have different priorities. I'm selfish and enjoy going on vacation whenever I damn well please so I'm holding off on procreating. Once I decide I'm ready, I'd like to think I'd give away everything for them....

What do you currently use your internet for? Could you supplement with a wi-fi hotspot?
I've been working in some remote areas lately, and people are so tech challenged, lot's use exede because it is their only option, and they are MISERABLE. no streaming, no gaming, nothing.

I think they have caps on the internet usage - make sure to ask about that. Also, I've heard they are terrible in rural areas....

Was contributing to a Solo 401K (self-employed), but was just brought on full time so I will be rolling that amount over in to a traditional 401k once that kicks in. Contributing to the limit....

Ideally I would like to do a bit of both. Mainly invest in some that have longterm growth potential, and do some day trading when I have the extra money to lose....

So I'm thinking of trying my hand at the stock market and start making investments (I'm 27 and have been building my rainy day fund, paying off CC, etc) and thought before putting my real money in the market, I'd play with a simulator to get a feel for different strategies (diversifying the portfoli...
