How many miles on your engine? I just had a 6.0l rebuilt for the same issue. It had some wiped out cam bearings, engine had 240k miles....

Look up Reloading on the Bayou Facebook group. I have had some success in that group trading primers before with face to face meetings with some good people to deal with. We're all in the same boat here.

The federal 75grn fmj's shoot well and were a fairly easy get and as cheap as 223/5.56 (14 bucks a box)when any ammo was a tough get.
I have 2 rifles chambered in 224 Valkyrie I have taken my AR out to 900yds with the 75's. But it's more consistent at about 750.
I expect to get past 1k once I can ...

I have a Momentum elite varmint in 224 Valkyrie. It shoots some factory ammo sub moa as advertised but has been and uphill battle to get hand loaded 88grn eldm's to group consistent.

GH I've been waiting on two 6 speed transmissions from GM for 3 weeks, they're a hard get right now.
Supply is just a cluster fk across the board for just about any parts right now.

Mileage around 130k? Pull your trans dip stick and see if it smells scorched and see if the fluid is black.
Or could be some active fuel management concern....

I work at a GMC dealership and we have torque converter issues, sometimes they feel like you're driving over rumble strips....

I have a Riton mod5 gen2 6x24x50 30mm tube and it is built very well (no zero stop). Advertised as having Japanese HD glass, it's very clear unless you are doing some target work on anything with a white border then the chromatic aberration shows up.

Now he just needs to learn the ins and outs of his firearm. My AR will eat any shite ammo I can feed it. He probably needs his bolt lubed and maybe he needs to learn how to "mortar" it if it happens to him again....

Do a throttle body service. Clean the inside of the throttle body with some choke cleaner and a little wire brush and wipe it clean with a shop rag....

Take the serpentine belt off and see if the noise goes away, if it does spin the pulleys by hand and see which one is noisey. If it still does it, it may be a wiped out lifter and camshaft....
