I would agree with you small market/big market theory except for.....Taylor Swift.
The NFL and the networks are in lust over the chiefs.
They are the biggest draw in the NFL right now for several reasons. Baltimore vs Chiefs....the NFL would clearly prefer KC vs. San Fran.
I'm not saying i...

This more than anything.
My problem is that the coaches should KNOW that Lamar shouldn't be trying to pretend to be a pocket passer. It reminded me of the Bama offensive playcalling in the championship game. I got a running QB who is a marginal passer.....lets pretend he's Peyton Manning!!!

I didn't mention anything about missed calls on that drive to end the half.
The Ravens got two PF penalties that drove them down the field if I remember right. Both were the correct calls.
Then they correctly called back to back holding penalties on the Chiefs, also the correct calls.
The ...
Did you conveniently miss the calls I'm talking about to push them out of fg position right before half?
You mean the one where he grabbed the guy around his neck? Uh, that was obvious holding.
And, didn't they actually kick a fg to end the half? Pushed out of range you say?...

Well one was a guy grabbing Beckhams arm well before the ball was there....and it was very catchable.
That one was an easy PI call.
They ain't calling them on the Chiefs because reasons.
I'm not breaking down the entire game for you.
I just see what I see. I don't even like the Ravens.....

Why bring up Bama?
The Chiefs got a lot of calls imo. Pretty much refused to call two obvious PI calls on that last drive BUT....
That's not why the Ravens never stood a chance.
They didn't stand a chance because the offensive playcalling has been atrocious all game long. I mean, amateur ...

Thanks.
I just don't think a team that had these classes leading into 2022 and then won the west was truly in "rebuilding" mode.
2021 #3
2020 #4
2019 #5
Now, maybe 247 don't know jack about recruiting rankings but who am I to argue with them?
He won the west his first year in a complete rebuild.
How can you be in a "complete rebuild" and then win the west?
You do understand that your sentence is illogical?
In a "complete rebuild" you end up like Deon at Colorado or Hugh Freeze at Auburn or Saban at Bama.

re: Ole Miss Crushing it in Portal

Washington has been using a 60/40 philosophy on hs/portal.
Similar to what you saw Ole Miss do this year.
15-20 HS with 5-10 transfers is probably the sweet spot in this new NIL/transfer world.
Roster management and talent evaluations are going to be a huge part of this thing going forward....

Aren't Washinton's QB, RB and #1 WR all from the portal???
Maybe I'm wrong but I swore that the starting running back for the huskies is a transfer from Miss State.
Doesn't that kid play tonight in the playoffs for a national title?

Nah.
Ya'll are in great shape. You got rid of the problem, Golding.
Ignore that the Bama defense had a chance to win the game up by 7 with a few minutes left and then gave up a long game tying drive. Then, crapped themselves in OT.
Defense is improved, Championship level.
The offensiv...
