They were proposing that if the play which has the targeting occuring on that same play if reviewed then that if the review is overturned then the 15 yd penalty is gone and the player is not ejected ...

Your not following the no huddle offense at all? Its something Malzahn runs throughout the entire game & Saban wanted the rule to be changed to help player safety for the defense so that way the coach can get players in & out of the game. Are we getting anywhere now?...
