Per WWL, the river at Robert is currently at 17.3, two feet over flood stage, with forecast of additional two feet tonight to over 19.
IMO, doubtful that failure of dam would bring river over I-12, but it could get close....

NWS just tweeted dam has not failed yet-- river basin crosses I-55 just south of Magnolia MS...
