re: Forbes Billionaire List 2024

It’s very easy for a researcher to value a couple hundred fast food stores based on industry metrics especially when the business has used some institutional money and released some info publicly. Much harder with shipyards, supply boats, ports, etc. damn near impossible when it’s holes in the grou...
Some stats from FY 2022: Income tax collections 4.55) Billion 29.2% Sales tax collections 4.970 Billikn 31.8% It’s about the same. So if you replaced the income tax with state sales tax the state sales tax rate would be doubled (roughly). About 9%. Of course you would also pay the local sa...

Historically they have made many of the smaller outboards or multiple manufacturers. The only significant downside with them, as well as Honda has typically been a lack of local dealers for parts and service depending on your location that may or may not be an issue at all....
I was there Friday, that stretch of broadway is covered with police, dozens of police in the few blocks between the river and Bridgestone arena. I dont recall the name of his hotel but He wandered north and east, the entire 2nd ave stretch is a construction zone (bomb site) and north of there...
It’s called telematics, it’s the future of insurance and your rates should go up
I have owned 9 vehicles in the past 3 years, I found one that I sold 9 months ago still tracking “my driving” because it was tied to my onstar acct when I bought it. Also had a vehicle in an LLC n...
Yeah they bury consent in bullshite and never disclose what it really is even in their terms online. One vehicle I never registered or insured in my name. It was in an LLC I own, I never personally drove it but it was tied to my onstar profile because all my info was already on file when I boug...
We are retail (dealership) so we only need a few lines 3/4 and would max out at 10-12 extensions. The ability to use the RingCentral app can be nice but it has some quirks that can be frustrating and the monthly cost for our use case is way higher than UniFi. We have UniFi network gear with a ...
Found this enabled automatically on Cadillac Escalade, definitely did not get any notification or consent. Strangely enough after years of declining rates ours have doubled since buying that car 2 years ago. No claims tickets or accidents etc. Also found it was enabled and connected to my ons...

Glad to see someone else trying this and having reasonable results. We've been using Ringcentral via their cell phone app, got our building finished and held off on buying handsets while we looked at different options. Now I'm ready to ditch them, we have a bunch of unifi network gear in our bu...

My son had it as an infant, seems to have outgrown the high fever but now has some other recurring inflammatory symptoms including episcleritis and occasional joint pain in his legs. We did a lot of diagnostics and the steroid treatments with only minor success. Just started going to rheumatol...

7 or 9” Garmin, will be capable of side and down imaging with touch screen. much more user friendly than the competitive units. I’d have someone who knows what they’re doing install it and show you how to use basic functions. ...
And if you live in the south you can stuff your pillows with the hair you sweep up.
As a Newfoundland owner in TN I can confirm this, the hair these suckers produce is absolutely insane. If you allow a dog this size with this type of coat to live in your house, plan on vacuumi...
Real question is what are you trying to buy? Low level sales people are generally trained to only get appointments in the door don’t talk price etc. you need a contact with the right dealer who can make it easy. I bought 9 cars in the past 3 years, all with very little hassle. ...
If you are in a business that accepts cash having a retail branch nearby for deposits is pretty important. Most banks are consolidating in areas where they have multiple branches. I’d assume on that end of town those branches weren’t getting the traffic levels of the branches over near downtown. ...

I have a Inmarsat phone and you’re looking about $800/yr. The deal when I got mine was that you were going to pay approx $1500 total for phone/initial minutes. I paid a few extra bucks to be able to roll minutes over and it costs around $800/yr to buy a couple hundred more and roll the rest over. ...
