We're definitely very questionable at QB but I'm not sure it's fair to label us the worst. There are several other teams in similar situations after losing starters.

If you click on the link for 2012 data we had the highest team expenses at 4.8 million. UVA and USC joined us in breaking 4.
The 2012 numbers use all expenses rather than just operating expenses, I'm not exactly sure how that would skew things but something to keep in mind comparing the numbers...
