from what i am told by my classmates, most of whom are from WV and went to undergrad here, many (certainly not all) of those perpetrating the craziest behavior are either from out of state or do not even go to school here. exhibit A: the incident that occurred last year resulted in 2 arrests for ...

i would cut the budget by at least a third, then look at makes and models with a better reliability and dependability rating than most you have listed. only ones on your list i would drive are prob the audis, but i'd only have one with full factory warranty on it....
