Negredo definitely fits Pellegrini's style better. The Aguero-Negredo tandem works very well. When Jovetic gets healthy i think he'll work better with Dzeko than the other two....

Personally, I love Pellegrini way more than Mancini. I think the players respect him a lot more.
The summer acquisitions were a big boost. Navas adds a dimension we were missing last year. Negredo has started well.
