Texas A&M Regent Wants Kevin Sumlin Fired Immediately After UCLA loss
Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports
Texas A&M was one time up 44-10 on UCLA Sunday night before blowing that lead and losing to the Bruins 45-44. That's gotta hurt. Houston attorney and regent at the university, Tony Buzbee, was one person who has had enough and jumped on Facebook immediately after the game calling for Aggies head coach Kevin Sumlin to be fired...

And the fans agree...

Would hate to see A&M get a really good HC.

While I don't disagree that Sumlin needs to go, you can't have board members making public statements like this. He should be removed from the board. This should be a matter the board handles in a private meeting. If the consensus is that Sumlin should be let go, then you fire him. Taking these matters to the court of public opinion don't do anyone any good.

Tony Buzbee should be remobed from the Board of Regents. I hope I never see a board member doing this. But from what I have found out about this guy is he has a drinking problem. Per his mugshot from DWI

"You down loss with that kinda lead unless money exchanged hands. I know the head coach is the guy that's overall responsible, but you gotta question the coordinators on this one too. Unless Sumlin is a micromanager. If that's the case, then yeah fire him!" My ear, nose throat physician experienced the same conclusion after the January 09, 2011 Alabama, LSU rematch.

Did he pay Jordan to stay out all night the night before the game too?

He must have paid JJ to play like crap in the vast majority of his starts.
