Anyone read this yet. The top players in the 2019 class in GA playing against the best in Texas? Also the excitement from the recruits to play together at UGA

Just giving you a hard time. I clicked it anyway. Pretty encouraging news. Hopefully, we keep most of those guys at home.

Not sure if we'll havw as much in state talent as Texas (numbers wise it doesn't add up)
but i don't doubt the top 44 in Ga could compete against their top 44.

I'm pretty sure we'll pass California in D1 signees by 2019 though. Would have never thought that 20 years ago

Kirby has to match his recruiting success with on the field success to get all those guys in 2019

Accurate statement is accurate. 2016 was mostly just keeping a class, which was no small feat but not really the same as recruiting a class from top to bottom. 2017 most of the groundwork for this class was done prior to the season even starting, and the on field results can be forgiven/explained away as needing talented guys to come in and fill holes/gaps. The same might even be able to be said for the 2018 recruiting class if next year were to have stumbling blocks. But by 2019, if the team isn't firing on all cylinders, the "new coach/new Georgia" hype would be gone. This season is big. 2018 even bigger (particularly given how soft the schedule is in 2018 - LSU on the road for the rotating west, but otherwise that schedule is Charmin soft with both Auburn and Tennessee at home).

Yea every thing seems to be in place to be a dominant program, we just needs the coaching to improve and the Wins to pour in.
