Of course I did. Michel is also coming off of a shoulder injury that limited is action. All I'm saying is that I wouldn't be surprised to see Michel get as many carries as Chubb.

Well I definitely hope you are right, because it would be a "Gurshall" 2.0 that would scare the shite out of defenses

No question in my mind that it's Michel. If he stays healthy next season we will have the pleasure of watching the finest running back combo in the history of the program.

I would love to see them both go for 1000+ yards. They remind me a lot of Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams.

That stiff arm Michel laid on that Lousville defender when he bounced out and scored was righteous.

Michel has it all - speed, power, hands, vision, instincts, etc. He is a game changing talent if he stays healthy.

It's going to be fun to watch both Chubb and Michel progress this season especially with the extra time they will get in the strength and conditioning program.

He may be but Chubb will probably be better in our system. Michel in Urban Meyer's system would be scary.

It's more like:
1
2a / 2b

Sony is going to be used like Tavon Austin, if Shotty is consistent in his schemes. I see Sony being the change of pace guy who jumps from backfield to slot to WR and gets the ball in all sorts of different ways. I see Chubb and Marshall only working from the backfield though.

Michel is a pro style running back. Pretty sure that's why they recruited him. People just didn't get to see him in full display last season. Keith Marshall would be more of a spread running back.

AJ's high school video reminded me of Knowshon Moreno. I hope he stays and gets a chance to show what he can do.

I'm not sure why you guys think that Michel isn't 1b. He's every bit as talented as Chubb. True story
He may be, but he doesn't pass the eye test to your statement.

What I saw all season was very similar to Gurley vs. Marshall in 2012. Both were good, but Gurley and Chubb just made stuff happen.

Michel looks like he's better than Marshall was, but just comparing them to their counterparts (Gurley/Chubb), there is a noticeable difference.

With that said, both Marshall and Michel are studs in their own right and I'm glad they play for the good guys. But Gurley and Chubb are just on a different level. Arguing over who will be backup to Chubb just shows me that we're in a good spot right now.

Well it's a matter of opinion I suppose. Michel has vision, power, speed, and isn't a one cut runner like Marshall. Not to mention he is a hell of a receiver from both the backfield and lined up wide. He may not be quite as talented as Chubb, but the difference isn't that noticeble. Gurley is on a different level than everyone imo. Either way if they both stay healthy I can easily see them both eclipsing a 1000 yards.

Chubb can have 2 guys hanging off each of his legs and still somehow pull away from them and bust it for 20+.

Sony can't quite do that. Not saying he can't get yards after contact, but he just can't get as much as Chubb.

Shotty likes to have that one or two guys he can line up anywhere and get them the ball and just watch them make plays. Sony, Malcolm, and McKenzie are those guys.

I think Sony is every bit as good as Nick. Before the shoulder injury I thought he was better and when he is healed next year we shall see. Not a bad problem to have in my opinion, but it could hurt either of their heisman runs if they are both really good and share carries. Maybe they will do a dual Heisman for both of them. I think Chubb is gonna be the more valuable back in the end, I have a feeling his durability is gonna be legendary and we will watch him on sundays pounding Dlines into submission.

IF McKenzie can improve his handskills and quit dropping passes, Schotty can turn him into a superstar in his system, IMO

I don't care if we have 1b,c,and d as long as we try and play to their strengths and get Chubb some rest when needed. Let's face it, based on SEC history, not likely a RB makes it through the season without injury of some kind.

That said, I never liked having a preplanned series for when Michel or Marshall would come into the game. Hopefully, they do this more by feel and not screw up momentum like we have in the past.

I think Chris Carson will contribute significantly next season...as these last 2 seasons have shown if you're a RB and can suit up you will play..
