We got whopped by a great team. That's pretty much it.

Scout, 247, dawgs.com

The last of which is where real football heads go to talk. But we will let that slide.

And the wins you speak of, I don't give a flying shite if we are beating shite teams in a crap division. In all honesty we should have been winning the east since 2011.

You can chalk it up however you want too, yet the point still stands that Richt loses big game after big game. I mean what's his record against ranked teams since 2010? Like 9-22 or something like that, apologies for not knowing the exact record.

If your okay with crapping the bed against teams we should beat and getting blown out by teams like Bama then great. I'm not, never have been, never will be. And we can agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Well,we were 4-1 vs ranked teams last year and beat both SC and LSU in '13.Both came into Athens ranked at 6 and both ended up in the top 12.In '12 we beat #3 ranked UF.

So we have had success vs ranked teams the last 3 years despite what happened last night.

2013- loss to a ranked Missouri team. Loss to unranked vandy. Loss to Nebraska. Loss to Clemson. Loss to auburn. Lost to as many ranked teams as we beat, and a wtf loss to vandy.

Like I said you can chalk that season up to injuries and I won't hold it against you, bc we weren't the same team offensively at the start of the year compared to the end.

And In 12- we were also embarrassed against South Carolina. Which at the time was a top 10 team.

Absolutely, when healthy we be 2 top 10 teams.

WTF loss to Vandy

Are you freakin serious? We got hosed by 2 HORRIBLE calls
plus our RB's and WR's were completely depleted by injuries.Vandy also ended up being a top 25 team.

And Missoni still needed a scoop and score and a hail mary HB pass to beat us even with our injuries

Auburn? We were freakin HUGE underdogs in that game and they still needed a miracle to beat us

Nebraska?Along with all our other injuries Murray was out for the game.

Are you really blaming CMR for any of these losses?

We bear more top 15 teams in '13 than Missouri has since they joined the SEC.

So a vandy team we should of beaten by 21+ points, we lost bc of bad calls? Seriously? It wasn't the special teams meltdown that we seem to have every few games? It wasn't the fact that our offense couldn't move the ball on a consitant basis? It wasn't the fact that on 3rd and 7 with over 5 minutes to go we elect to run a play, play not to lose, instead of being aggressive and going for a first down? Go back and watch the game, we were out coached plain and simple. Bad calls happen in every game, good teams over come them.

We had a month to prepare for Nebraska, so its not like we didn't know at the last minute we wouldn't have him. Mason had played in the Kentucky and Georgia tech game.

Both the Missouri and auburn loses came bc our defense was completely undisciplined a pass that our defenders tried to intercept instead of knock to the ground on 4th down, and a trick play in the Missouri game.

Heck mark wasn't even gonna fire grantham after that sorry excuse for a defense that year. I'll give Mark credit though, he went out and got a stud with Pruitt.

And no the blame doesn't rest Soley on his shoulders for 2013- hence why I said you can chalk it up to injuries. We were a completely different team when we started than where we ended.
