And if it something good happens to an unbeliever, is that proof there IS a God?

No it means things unfold as they will and there is no divine plan.

The idea of a "god" worrying about something is retarded

Nobody here insinuated that He had any favor in a football game besides yourself.

You ever make anything, olddawg? With your bare hands, blood, sweat and tears? Afterward, did you care for it? Were you even protective over it?

God doesn't "worry". He cares for His creation, but abides by the free will which he has instilled in it. People suffer as a result of their exercise (or someone else's) of that very free will. Plain and simple.
