Mill Creek beat Archer 23-0 in a bizarre game. Kyle Davis played as if he'd just been dumped by his girl friend or as if his dog had just died. If you've seen past highlights you know that KD is a great player but he was completely dispirited tonight.

E. J. Price also has a terrible game. Defenders were running around him uncontested all game.

That game was a complete mystery.

They looked flat. I would say they had a hangover from McEachern game but I can't see how they could have over looked MC. MC had a short field and field position all night. Thinking maybe MCs defense was just that good tonight.

Archer apparently played better in the AJC:

Mill Creek 23, Archer 20

I blame the Indian Mafia - very skrong in Gwinnett.

The D-line for Mill Creek was very impressive.Pretty much smothered the Archer offense all night.

I have no knowledge of either team but what you describe sounds like bookie-ball.

Hoping Fitzgerald can finally grab a state title after being so close so many times.
